Tamar Levine
is a pretty cool woman. First, she wowed you with
Lose do u like? Hell
, a quick film about coping with the areas of a break up that make us feel insane (honestly, we have now
all
shame-eaten peanut butter out from the garbage at some time or some other). Next last year
we were enamored by the #WeAreAllUncool campaign
she did alongside Nicole Alvarez — you realize the main one in which a-listers and standard individuals as well published selfies and confessed personal insecurities on social networking? Although it had been “uncool,” we believed the action had been fairly awful rad. So we had been stoked to hear about among the L.A.-based professional photographer’s latest projects, this short film named
It Really Is Okay
.
Its Okay
is a quick movie featuring
Jenna Fischer (
The Office
)
and Thomas Sadoski (
The Newsroom
) playing a married pair trapped inside everyday programs they own created for by themselves. Known simply as “him” and “her,” we observe the couple struggle in their own personal how to break away from their own robot lifestyles, each in their method. The figures tend to be both relatable in the way it’s possible for you to often settle into our routines and forget that most of all, communication is key in just about any connection . . . because or you might end merely yelling in to the face of monotony, questioning all you’ve done with everything.
Only a caution: this movie might not allow you to want to learn the artwork of diorama, mask-making, and finding the unusual fulfillment of enjoying eggs sizzle perfectly in a frying pan (seriously, depend on you). We are pretty excited observe exactly what Levine pops up with then.
